Kay has a background as a Behavior Therapist specializing in early intensive intervention but after receiving their Medical Alert & Response Service Dog in July of 2019, they saw a dire need for education pertaining to Service Dogs. Which lead Kay to found HAYS that coming November. Since, they have educated schools and businesses nationwide. In doing so they have saved many businesses from potential lawsuits and many handlers from life-threatening injuries.

Tae Mi

Tae Mi is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and received an MBA from University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business. She previously worked as Director of Strategy, Finance & Analysis, where she structured and raised approximately $40 billion in corporate and project financing, and currently serves as CFO of an investment bank and asset management firm. Tae Mi has spent time volunteering at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and Friends For Life, and she is an author of The Eski Chronicles. In her free time, she loves to travel around the world and spend time with her furry children.

Bri Holcombe is a licensed attorney in mutiple states! Currently practicing family law. Bri is a Houston native who graduated from Baylor University and Belmont University College of Law. She is currently employed at the Hunt Law Firm. Before joining her current firm, Bri served as a Law Clerk and Associate Attorney for a family law firm in Greater Houston. When Bri is not advocating for her clients, she is rooting for the Baylor Bears and Houston Astros! But what she loves most in life is her sweet “blacken-doodle” puppy, Astro!

Nikki

Although Nikki was not born in Houston, she’s lived here most of her life and considers herself an adopted “Houston-native”. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and immediately began her career with Accenture in the Houston Office. She has worked with a variety of Energy clients in different capacities, ranging from digital communications to large ERP implementations and agile project delivery. Additionally, she has helped with university recruiting, career development and planning wellness events for the Houston Office. Nikki has a passion for animals as well as working with people who have disabilities. In college, she volunteered with the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas (DSACT) through her college spirit group, Texas Lassos. She’s always looking for an opportunity to have a larger, positive impact on others, and looks forward to doing so with HAYS! In her spare time, Nikki enjoys traveling, hiking in National Parks, crafting & cuddling on the couch with her pup, Sadie.
