Kaydin Downey
Chief Executive Officer
They/Them

Kaydin has a background as a Behavior Therapist but after receiving their Medical Alert & Response Service Dog in the summer of 2019, they saw a dire need for education pertaining to Service Dogs. Within months, there was such significant growth they expanded to create an internship program before Kaydin left their career to file as an LLC and pursue HAYS full time. Since, they have educated schools and businesses nationwide. In doing so they have saved many businesses from potential lawsuits and many handlers from life-threatening injuries. In their free time, Kaydin is a single foster parent to teenagers, loves to host social events for friends and travel around the globe!
