Booking your meeting secures a confidential debrief with an experienced Liaison Advocate to review the details of the situation and includes up to two weeks of liaison representation to help resolve the issue. Personalized Liaison Services are used by individuals, businesses, landlords, schools, medical providers, and organizations when service dog or disability-related accommodation issues arise. While we are frequently engaged by service dog handlers, we are equally retained by entities seeking guidance on how to respond lawfully, reduce liability, and resolve concerns without escalation. Our role is to educate, mediate, and guide both parties through the applicable ADA and FHA requirements. We help clarify what questions may or may not be asked, identify where legal risk exists, and work toward a resolution that is compliant, reasonable, and sustainable. This balanced approach often allows all parties to move forward with clearer expectations and minimal ongoing friction. You do not have to navigate accommodation disputes alone.
