A Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides practical, experience-based guidance to help organizations navigate complex accommodation matters accurately and responsibly. Our role is to support employers, schools, housing providers, and organizations by ensuring decisions are informed, compliant, and aligned with applicable laws, internal policies, and recognized best practices. How our team supports organizations as a Subject Matter Expert: -Providing expert insight and professional opinions related to service dog and disability accommodation matters -Supporting HR teams in developing, reviewing, or clarifying service dog accommodation processes and employee guidelines -Assisting K–12 schools and higher education institutions with creating clear, compliant accommodation frameworks for students, including emotional support animals governed by the Fair Housing Act in campus housing -Offering expert testimony in civil and criminal matters, when appropriate, available remotely or in person The booking fee includes an initial briefing, a verbal outline of recommended next steps, and a high-level discussion of scope, timing, and budget. Additional services may be available depending on the needs and complexity of the situation.
